Since answering the call to pastor, Born To Win Ministries in 2010, he has faithfully shepherded a growing congregation grounded in biblical truth and spiritual transformation.

     An anointed evangelist, Deon Clark carries a strong conviction in the supernatural power of God, believing that signs, wonders, and miracles still accompany the preaching of the Gospel today. His ministry emphasizes faith, healing, and the active work of the Holy Spirit, equipping individuals to walk boldly in their divine purpose. Under his leadership, the church continues to expand, built on a solid foundation of sound doctrine and fervent prayer.

     Beyond the pulpit, he is a devoted husband, faithfully married since 1994, and a loving father who leads his family with integrity and grace. In 2026, he was appointed as a Bishop-designate, recognizing his years of service, leadership, and spiritual impact.      Guided by Isaiah 55:10-11, Lady Jaiandre Clark has dedicated her life to serving God and uplifting His people. Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, she developed a deep, enduring love for God through her early years in church. Today, Lady Jai as The Win calls her, serves as the First Lady of Born To Win Ministries in Detroit, MI, ministering alongside her husbandof over 30 years, Pastor Deon Clark, with the support of her children and grandchildren. She is a proud wife, mother, sister, and now an established author of a newly released book, "The Anointing".
With over 20 years of experience preaching the Gospel, Lady Jai was elevated and ordained as an Elder in 2015. Known for her practical, empowering messages, she connects deeply with her audience and offers them guidance grounded in faith and wisdom.
In 2014, her passion for empowering women led her to establish the Anointed Women of Virtue, a ministry that has become an inspiring force for women in Metro Detroit and beyond.
As the First Lady of Born to Win Ministries, Lady Clark is a devoted leader and mentor. She is excited about where God is leading her ministry and family and remains a willing vessel, committed to being an example of faith, prophetic gifting, strength, and purpose to all.

What is Transformative Winners?

The mission of this ministry is to empower teenagers and young adults with the
essential tools and knowledge necessary for successful entry into college or the
workforce. The ministry is committed to guiding them through a transformative journey
rooted in biblical principles, cultivating their spiritual growth alongside their academic
and career readiness. By integrating faith and practice, this ministry will aim to prepare
them to be effective and virtuous leaders in their chosen fields, contributing positively to
society and glorifying God in all their endeavors.
